I Wrote a Letter to My Future Self and Forgot About It for Five Years

It arrived last week. Past-me was funnier and wiser than expected.

Five years ago, Priya wrote herself a letter during a workshop and sealed it away. It arrived last Tuesday. "Dear Future Priya," it begins, "I hope you still put too much cheese on pasta. Some things should not change." The letter asked three questions: Are you still laughing loudly? Did you forgive yourself for that thing? Have you been to the ocean lately? "I cried, then booked a coastal weekend," she says. "Past me knew exactly what present me needed."

What three questions would you ask your future self?
